You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business to use our services.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when creating an account, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the subscription selected. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Add-ons and conversation charges are billed as consumed.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, in addition to these Terms.

Refunds are available in line with our Refund Policy, which offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact us.

You agree not to use the platform for spam, unsolicited messaging, fraud, harassment, illegal content, or any activity that violates the Meta WhatsApp Business Policy or applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

Use of the WhatsApp Business API is also subject to Meta's terms, policies and pricing, which may change from time to time. You are responsible for ensuring that your messaging templates, opt-ins and conversations comply with these requirements.

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including from Meta) or events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.

All content, trademarks, software and materials on the platform are owned by or licensed to Neon Orbit and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload, and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neon Orbit's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and account data may be deleted after the retention period.

We may modify the service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or via email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
